Relaxation is one vital key to a healthy life. It provides our mind, body, and spirit a release of negative energy or thoughts. There are many ways to relax, enjoy, and be happy. Meditation, massage, exercise, vacation, sleep, and many more. Every individual finds a way to expend feelings or thoughts of worry, doubt, and negative ideas; this is a way to live with a sound mind and body. While relaxing, focus on breathing, thoughts, and movements can help maintain a calm state. On vacation this past weekend, I didn't think about anything but the sights, the smells, the people, the moment, and the amenities; I was so relaxed and calm it was an outstanding feeling. Everyone should take the time to just sit back, enjoy what life really has to offer, which is happiness, peace, love, and fulfillment through helping others, laughing, and understanding we are merely a speck in time....

Find the way to relax and connect with us is very important for our emotional and mind health. Like you, vacation is one of my favorite relaxation activities. I think when you are on vacation you can get away of all the problems and things that make you feel stress in your environment or your house. Dedicate time for yourself is one of the most enjoyable activities. Breathing, visualization, yoga, and meditation are some of the examples that help you relax and feel connected with your divine part. That famous phrase of “live, laugh, and love” describe the key to relax and be happy.

It is an awesome feeling to fully relax without a concern or worry that demands immediate attention. Wouldn't it be nice if vacations could last longer. As you mentioned though you do not need a vacation to relax. You just need to know the methods that will help you get there.
